With Dynamic Academy, we offer a day training where you learn how to make different types of candy. You will learn about textures, properties, ingredients and applications.

The day training is all about creativity! Together we develop a number of recipes with color and taste of your choice. After the training, you can get started and create your own candy with your signature!

Getting started!

In theory and practice, participants learn about the properties of the products, ingredients and recipes.

  • Hardboiled candy: candy & butterscotch
  • Softboiled candy: fudge & toffee
  • Sugar reduction & sugar free

  • 10:00 – 12:00 uur | Part 1 practice
  • 12:00 – 13:00 uur | Lunch
  • 13:00 – 15:00 uur | Part 2 practice
  • 15:00 – 15:30 uur | Day closing
